is seeking a skilled professional to lead facade design finalization and shop drawings, coordinating with specialized sub-contractors, clients and façade consultants. The role includes reviewing and managing interfaces with other trades and overseeing facade design and installation throughout the project. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably

• Min 5 years relevant experience with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably in large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades.
• Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants.
• Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades.
• Facades design and installation management.
• Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.

Requirements:

• Good technical knowledge of façade trades
• Working Hours: 5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
