Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Facade Manager with a strong track record in large-scale construction.

You will finalize facade design, produce shop drawings, and lead coordination with sub-contractors, clients, and façade consultants. The role involves reviewing interfaces with other trades and overseeing facade design and installation management. A minimum degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least 10 years in a similar role

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years as Facade Manager with an A1 Main Contractor.
• Healthcare project experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and technical knowledge required.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades
• Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants
• Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades
• Facades design and installation management
• Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as Facade Manager with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Hospital or healthcare project experience will be an added advantage.
• Posses strong leadership quality
• Good technical knowledge of façade trades
• Working Hours: 5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
