Job summary

invites a seasoned Facade Manager to lead the design finalization, shop drawings production, and material submission for all facades on our large-scale projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with specialized sub-contractors, clients and façade consultants, review interfaces with other trades, and manage facade design and installation activities to ensure project timelines.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as Facade Manager with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
• Possess strong leadership quality and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all facades.
• Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants.
• Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades.
• Facade design and installation management.
• Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.

Requirements:

• Posses strong leadership quality

• Good technical knowledge of façade trades

• Working Hours:5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
