Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd is seeking a Facade Manager in Singapore to oversee design finalization and shop drawings for façades, and to coordinate with sub-contractors, clients and façade consultants. You will review interfaces with other trades and manage facade design and installation throughout the project.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years’ experience with an A1 Main Contractor, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of façade trades; hospital

Qualifications

• Min degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Facade Manager with an A1 Main Contractor; healthcare project exp is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Good technical knowledge of façade trades.
• Working hours are 5 days, or 6 days with alternate Saturdays off depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Design finalization and shop drawings production for façades.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, client and façade consultants.
• Review, coordinate and manage interfaces with other trades.
• Facade design and installation management.
• Other related duties aligned with project progress.
