Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an Assistant Operations Director to lead the site’s operations and service delivery, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction. You will steer the onsite management team, drive cost control, and oversee budgeting, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires extensive operations experience (typically 10–12 years), strong financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management to partner with senior clients and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Food Service Management, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Typically 10–12 years of relevant operations experience, preferably in large-scale service environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers, supervisors and sizeable frontline teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Good understanding of workforce planning, manpower optimisation and performance management.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership for site operations and service delivery.
• Ensure services are delivered per contract requirements, SLAs/KPIs and client expectations.
• Lead and develop the onsite management and operations teams.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control and productivity improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the site.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning, recruitment and talent development.
• Engage client stakeholders and lead regular reviews and updates.
