TT EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Director to oversee all operations components of the department and drive efficiency and profitability in our Singapore restaurant group.

You will develop and implement the annual business plan, establish performance objectives, and ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' related experience in F&B operations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive profits.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations components to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement annual business plan and mid-term strategies.
• Ensure sanitation, food safety, license compliance and loss prevention.
• Maintain high SOP standards and train staff accordingly.
• Lead marketing initiatives and drive guest satisfaction with brand standards.
