• Proven track record in running operations with a strategic outlook.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L oversight and cost control.
• Experience with multi-outlet F&B operations and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Lead revenue and operational performance targets across outlets.
• Identify opportunities through new store openings and operational improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with Finance and franchisees to review performance and implement corrective actions.
• Present performance reviews to senior leadership and brand principals.
