Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in events management, marketing, or communications is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event management, activation, exhibitions, or live productions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of projects including events and activations.
• Manage projects from brief through delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Oversee event setup, show operations, and tear down for seamless delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop concepts and proposals in collaboration with the design team.
• Lead cross‑department coordination and supplier management.
• Prepare project budgets, quotations, and post‑event evaluations.
