Job summary

Global Events & Communications Agency in Singapore is seeking a Senior Event Project Manager to take ownership of complex live projects from planning through on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, budgets and production partners, and drive business growth across conferences, roadshows, exhibitions and summits. Experience with digital events and registration platforms is a plus; regional experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex end-to-end events.
• Experience managing large event budgets (SGD 800k–2m).
• Strong commercial awareness and cost management.
• Excellent client, supplier and stakeholder management.
• Experience across multiple event formats; regional experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management from planning to on-site delivery.
• Client Management and relationship development throughout delivery.
• Budget & Commercial Management including cashflow and supplier management.
• Event Delivery across conferences, roadshows, exhibitions, summits and live experiences.
• Team Leadership and mentoring of junior Project Managers.
• Supplier Management and sourcing production partners.
• Digital & Registration work with event technology and delegate management.
• Business Growth through upsell and pitches for new work.
