Job summary

Thinkads PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Executive - Brand Activation & Events to drive campaigns from brief to live execution.

You will coordinate brand activations, roadshows and retail events, collaborating with management, creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in events/advertising or related roles, excellent English communication, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or related discipline.
• Around 1-3 years' experience in events, advertising, marketing, account servicing, project coordination or brand activation.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship/event experience are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage projects from client brief through execution and completion.
• Understand project requirements, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients and provide clear project updates.
• Prepare meeting recaps, timelines, workback schedules and action lists.
• Coordinate brand activations, venues, suppliers and onsite execution.
• Monitor timelines, production, setup and teardown as required.

Skills

Diploma/Degree in Marketing

1-3 years' experience in events/advert
