Job summary

ADRENALIN GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager to own the operational delivery of experiential events. You will lead the most complex projects end-to-end, ensure on-time, on-budget results, and maintain the standard our clients expect.

You will manage a portfolio with significant commercial ownership, set workflows, mentor junior staff, and drive client relationships while embracing AI-enabled delivery and new tools to uplift performance.

Qualifications

• Have at least 7 years of experience in project management, events, or agency environments.
• Hands-on, able to independently run and deliver projects end to end.
• Run a disciplined delivery operation with high standards.
• Confident leading senior client relationships and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Commercially sharp, comfortable owning budgets and profitability.
• Clear communication and team alignment under pressure.
• Actively bring new tools and AI into delivery and drive adoption.
• Experience delivering government events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of the team's projects, keeping work on time, on budget, and to standard.
• Lead our most complex and high-value projects end to end, as the senior point of contact for key client relationships.
• Take full commercial ownership of projects, managing a portfolio around 1 million including scope, margin, and profitability.
• Set and tighten project workflows and delivery processes.
• Step in as senior delivery lead when a project is at risk, upholding quality and timelines.
• Coordinate across creative, production, and vendor teams on large activations.
• Contribute to pitches and proposals, and own upsell and renewals on accounts.
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues.
• Mentor Project Managers and junior team members to raise delivery quality.
