Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event management, activation, exhibitions, live productions, or a similar industry.
• Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of projects, including events, product launches, festive decorations, exhibitions, and experiential activation.
• Manage projects from initial brief through execution and final delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Oversee event setup, show operations, and tear down to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations to meet their goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service, from business development and onboarding to project completion.
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients at all stages of the project.
• Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors and service providers, including fabrication partners, caterers, audiovisual suppliers, entertainers, and venue operators.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities and support sponsorship acquisition efforts where required.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, quotations, and profitability.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, analyse performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional services and future projects.
• Contribute to business growth by actively supporting new opportunities and proposals.
