Job summary

DesignSingapore Council Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive (Shared Services) in the Corporate Services & Governance Division to provide administrative, operational and workplace support through a centralised Shared Services model.

You will handle day-to-day administrative requirements, post-award administration of grants and schemes, and support procurement and finance processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience.
• Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to assigned Dsg divisions.
• Provide post-award administrative support for grants and schemes.
• Support procurement and payment administration.
• Review and improve operational processes and systems.
• Monitor and maintain operational records, trackers and KPIs.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
