DesignSingapore Council, Singapore's national design agency, seeks a Senior Executive (Shared Services) to provide centralised administrative and operational support across the Council. The role covers day-to-day admin, post-award grants administration, and other corporate and workplace operations.

You will drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery while ensuring governance and control requirements are met.

Competenze

Diploma or equivalent in administration, operations, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant admin/operational support experience is preferred.
Experience in grant administration, procurement, or workplace operations is an advantage.
Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

Provide administrative and operational support to assigned divisions, including document management, meetings, events, data consolidation and reporting.
Provide post-award administrative support for grants and schemes, including processing disbursements and tracking deliverables.
Support procurement and payment administration, including relevant procurements and related governance tasks.
Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and governance alignment.
Monitor and maintain operational records, trackers and KPIs, with timely follow-up on outstanding items.
Undertake other duties as required by organisational needs.
