Job summary

IPOS seeks a Senior Executive in Registries Operations & Systems to shape Singapore's IP registry services through process transformation and AI-enabled improvements. You will work at the intersection of operations, technology and business transformation, translating needs into practical improvements and supporting system enhancements and new workflows.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with data and translating operational information into insights.
Interest in technology, automation and process improvement.
Strong planning and organisational skills with multi-tasking ability.
Detail-oriented with follow-up on deliverables.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating in a team.
Experience in project management, process improvement, data analysis, automation or AI-enabled solutions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Registry Operations & Planning: support operations and review IP applications for statutory compliance; manage workplans and related reporting.
Transformation & Systems Improvements: assist workforce planning, coordinate UAT, drive process redesign and adoption of new digital tools.
Cross-Functional Support: collaborate across Registry functions to support priorities and operational needs.
