Job summary

Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) is seeking a Senior Executive in Registries Operations & Systems to contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of IP registry services in Singapore. You will support Plant Varieties Protection and Trade Marks Registry operations, manage service partner arrangements, and use performance insights to strengthen delivery.

There is potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Plant Varieties Protection and Trade Marks Registry operations.
Review IP applications for compliance with statutory and procedural requirements.
Coordinate and monitor service partners' performance against contracts.
Work with internal teams and partners to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
Track performance, workload and pendency; prepare management reports for planning.
Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide cross-functional support to adapt to emerging priorities.
