Job summary

Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) is seeking to provide accurate, timely operational support within the Registries Operations and Systems. The role focuses on registry processing, service delivery, performance support and digital enablement to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

You will engage in processing IP applications, reviewing submissions, coordinating workloads, and supporting system testing and SOP reviews to drive continuous improvement across the registry

Responsibilities

• Process IP applications and transactions accurately within established service standards.
• Review submissions for completeness and compliance with statutory and procedural requirements.
• Respond to operational enquiries and escalate complex or exceptional matters.
• Monitor assigned work, follow up on outstanding matters and support workload/backlog management.
• Compile operational data and support regular reporting on workload, timeliness and service performance.
• Work with team members and stakeholders to resolve processing and service-delivery issues.
• Contribute ideas to simplify processes and improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Support reviews of SOPs, workflows and customer communications.
• Gain exposure to system testing, process changes, and the implementation of digital and automation tools.
