Job summary

IPOS International is seeking a Senior Executive, Communications and Engagement to drive engagement with enterprises and the broader innovation ecosystem. The role shapes narratives, develops engagement platforms and delivers integrated communications operations that highlight IP as a driver of enterprise growth.

Based in the Communications and Engagement Department, you will work with internal teams and ecosystem partners to promote IP strategies and strengthen Singapore's position as a Global

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in communications, enterprise engagement, or ecosystem development.
• Strong strategic communications and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
• Strong programme management and leadership skills.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with enterprises, industry associations, and ecosystem partners to foster a vibrant innovation community.
• Conceptualise, design and implement programmes that help innovative enterprises use intangible assets to grow and strengthen IP knowledge.
• Support IPOS' flagship events such as IP Week by contributing to programme design and coordination.
• Deliver integrated communications operations and ensure messaging consistency across channels.
