Job summary

Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) invites a Senior Executive in Registries Operations & Systems to shape Singapore's IP registry services through AI-enabled and tech-driven solutions. Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve Registry operations and service delivery.
Design, prototype and implement practical solutions, including AI agents, AI skills/plugins, workflow automation, RPA and low-code/no-code tools.
Translate operational challenges into solutions that simplify, automate or augment work.
Review and improve Registry processes, SOPs and quality assurance practices.
Partner internal teams to address business problems with technology and process improvements.
