About the RoleAs a Senior Executive in Registries Operations & Systems, you will help shape the future of Singapore's IP registry services by developing AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality and user experience. This is a hands-on innovation role for individuals who enjoy experimenting with new technologies, building prototypes and rapidly applying new digital skills. You will work across Registry functions to identify business challenges, develop AI and automation solutions, and support new ways of working. There is possibility to be emplaced on a permanent position.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve Registry operations and service delivery.
• Design, prototype and implement practical solutions, including AI agents, AI skills/plugins, workflow automation, RPA and low-code/no-code tools.
• Translate operational challenges into solutions that simplify, automate or augment work.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Review and improve Registry processes, SOPs and quality assurance practices.
• Analyse operational data and feedback to identify issues and opportunities for systemic improvement.
• Support capability-building, governance and audit readiness initiatives.
• Partner internal teams to identify business problems and develop practical technology and process solutions.

Cross-Functional Support

• Work flexibly across Registry functions to support emerging departmental priorities, projects and operational needs.

• A fast, independent learner who can pick up unfamiliar technologies and apply them to practical problems.
• Hands-on and resourceful, with demonstrated aptitude for experimenting with technology, building prototypes and turning ideas into working solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong planning and organisational ability.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

The following would be advantageous: Experience with Generative AI, AI agents or AI-enabled tools; familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, CoPilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI; experience in workflow automation, RPA, low-code/no-code development or scripting; background in business analysis, process redesign or digital transformation.
