• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks for all new customers onboarded through Income's subsidiaries (e.g. IAFA).
• Review, follow up on, and approve Insurance and CIS transactions submitted by representatives prior to submission to all product providers.
• Prepare and provide business submission and policy issuance reports to Income's subsidiaries (e.g. IAFA).
• Manage and maintain all documentation related to business submissions for Income's subsidiaries (e.g. IAFA), and ensure documents are accessible to all representatives as required.
• Provide induction training for newly appointed representatives.

2.Review, follow up on, and approve Insurance and Capital Investment Scheme (CIS) transactions submitted by representatives prior to submission to all product providers.
3.Prepare and provide business submission and policy issuance reports to Income's majority-owned subsidiaries (e.g. IAFA).
4.Manage and maintain all documentation related to business submissions for Income's majority-owned subsidiaries (e.g. IAFA), and ensure documents are accessible to all representatives as required.
5.Provide induction training for newly appointed representatives. As IAFA business volume continues to grow, we will need to replace the headcount.
