• Minimum Diploma with 3 to 4 years of experience in Agency Business support or channel distribution.
• Meticulous with strong records tracking and documentation skills.
• Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend to queries from distribution's representatives and inter-departmental.
• Documentation for reporting purposes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide support to the business development team and agency force in administrative tasks.
• Monitor agency KPIs—accuracy, tracking and reporting.
• Adhere to regulatory and internal guidelines for processing functions.
• Assist in driving agency incentives and initiatives.
• Support monthly agency leaders' meeting and briefing.
