Job summary

Income Insurance Limited is seeking a Distribution Support professional to assist in MAS Representative Notification Framework processes. You will support the Manager in assessing fit and proper cases and ensure documentation for candidates is complete.

You will liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information, sign agency agreements, and provide regular reports on candidate progress.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in Distribution Support, MAS Representative Notification Framework preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
• Independent, self-driven and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in assessing or reviewing complex fit and proper cases to clear Hiring Authority Approval (HAA).
• Assist in setting up structured processes to meet SLAs and refine solutions.
• Be involved in fit and proper framework review and execution work.
• Conduct fit and proper assessments for candidates under RNF, make recommendations, flag adverse findings and escalate as needed.
• Ensure completeness of candidate documentation.
