Job summary

HUDSON RPO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Policy Services liaison to support Partnership Distribution.

The role manages day-to-day post-inception requests and enquiries, ensuring quality and timely deliverables for in-force policies across partnering channels. You will communicate with partner distributors and internal stakeholders, handle enquiries via calls and emails within turnaround times, and ensure accurate processing while complying with IT and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma (Insurance/Business preferred).
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using email platforms and basic systems (Outlook, Excel).
• Able to follow processes and service timelines.
• Self-starter who works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Job description

The incumbent reports to the Operations Manager of Policy Services - Partnership Distribution and is responsible for running the day to day management of all post inception requests and enquiries. He/she is required to ensure primary servicing objectives are met in terms of quality and efficient deliverables for in-forced policies to all partnering distribution channels.

Responsibilities:

• Be the direct liaison officer between partnering distributors and AIA internal stakeholders, bridging the operation disparity between partnering firms to AIA standards of business.
• Handle enquiries and requests from partners through calls and emails within the agreed turnaround time, managing of document submissions (tracking and routing).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing by respective internal stakeholders, relaying completion updates and deliverables to hands of customers via partners.
• Uphold compliance to all IT and Compliance guidelines.
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager and/or HOD.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma (Insurance/Business preferred)
