The Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD) is CSC’s centre of excellence for leadership and organisation development, and the Sectoral Lead for the Organisation Development job family in the Singapore Public Service. We build OD capabilities among leaders and practitioners so that agencies are better equipped to lead change, strengthen organisations and support Public Sector Transformation.If you are passionate about designing meaningful learning experiences, building communities of practice and helping public officers strengthen their OD capabilities, this role offers the opportunity to shape how OD is developed across the Singapore Public Service.We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our Organisation Development Practice team. In this role, you will design learning experiences and developmental interventions that support OD practitioners, strengthen the OD community and grow OD capability across the Singapore Public Service.You will contribute to these outcomes by managing key programmes and initiatives, including OD milestone programmes, masterclasses, OD CoMeets and community engagement platforms. Your work will span curriculum and programme design, stakeholder engagement, programme operations, learning evaluation and continuous improvement.
