Job summary

Dasher Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, guiding candidates from sourcing to offer while delivering a positive experience.

Beyond hiring, you’ll support onboarding and offboarding, maintain hiring trackers, and collaborate with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs. You’ll contribute to a People & Culture movement emphasizing growth and teamwork in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding is preferred.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with interview and candidate assessment techniques (STAR).

As a Senior HR Executive, your primary focus will be recruitment, managing the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management across various roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the right talent efficiently and provide a positive candidate experience.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll also support key HR operations, particularly employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience from a new hire’s first day through to their exit.

Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in building a stronger Dasher team by bringing in the right people, supporting them well, and strengthening our overall People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

What's the skill required?

• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written); required to communicate with Mandarin speaking candidates.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment; experience supporting onboarding and offboarding is preferred.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, with a good understanding of interview and candidate assessment techniques, such as the STAR method.
