Job summary

DM Dasher Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Parts Coordinator who ensures our technicians have the right parts to finish repairs, and that every item is correctly tracked in the system. You will manage stock levels, process requests, and verify parts are available before dispatch.

Daily duties include checking stock, recording movements, following up with suppliers when delays occur, and coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams to keep the stockroom organized.

The job in one line

You make sure our technicians have the right parts to finish their repairs, and you know where every part went.

What you will handle

Spare parts for robot vacuums, wet & dry vacuums, and stick vacuums, including brands like Dreame, Xiaomi, and Levoit.

What you will do every day

1. Check stock levels and order parts before we run out.

2. Handle technicians’ parts requests. Check what they need, issue the parts, and record them properly.

3. Track parts that come in, go out, get returned, or are defective. Keep the stock count and system records accurate.

4. When a part is unavailable, work with the technician to find a suitable alternative or decide whether an existing part can be reused.

5. Follow up with suppliers, purchasing, and the warehouse when parts are delayed or missing.

6. Help the team handle parts properly and keep the stockroom organised.

You will also support warranty parts claims and keep an eye on parts costs.

What we are looking for

• Experience handling inventory or spare parts. Experience with electronics or home appliances is useful, but not required.

• You are organised and careful with records. If the system says we have a part, it should actually be there.

• You follow up when parts are delayed. You do not leave a technician waiting without an update.

• You can solve everyday parts issues, and you check with the technician when a replacement needs technical confirmation.

  After the onboarding training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting from day-one; you're not doing this alone! He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.

  You will be involved in various internal sharing sessions about the latest info on new product launches and updates on recent challenges.
