DM Dasher Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior Quality Control Executive to join our service centre in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on ensuring repaired products meet quality standards before returning to customers.

You will perform functional testing, verify parts and accessories, and document quality checks with videos and service case updates. Training will be provided, and a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and well organized with a methodical approach to checking work.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable working with data and inventory tables.

Responsibilities

• Testing repaired products and verifying parts, components and accessories are complete.
• Documenting quality checks, including testing videos and service case updates.
• Keeping the work area and outbound items clean and organised.
• Conduct functional testing on repaired products following the relevant QC checklist for each product type.
• Verify all parts, components and accessories are complete and in the same condition as received.
• Record clear testing videos as proof the repaired product is functioning properly.
• Update service case records and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform basic cleaning of home appliance products and accessories before returning them to customers.
• Ensure repaired items are properly handled, organised and placed in the designated outbound area.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organised work area.

DM Dasher Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior Quality Control Executive to join our team at our service centre. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in ensuring every repaired product meets our quality standards before it returns to the customer.

You will be responsible for functional testing, verifying completeness of parts and accessories, and documenting quality checks on repaired consumer electronics and home appliances. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of product quality and customer trust.

• Testing repaired products and verifying parts, components and accessories are complete.

• Documenting quality checks, including testing videos and service case updates.

• Keeping the work area and outbound items clean and organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing on repaired products following the relevant QC checklist for each product type.

Requirements
