Job summary

Mothership is seeking a Senior HR Executive to shape culture and drive HR initiatives within its Corporate Development team in Singapore. You will own HR functions from culture to recruitment, partnering with senior leaders to plan events and develop learning programs.

You will oversee operations, explore AI-powered efficiencies, and ensure staffing aligns with fast-paced growth. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a relevant diploma or degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or related field.
• At least two years of HR experience with a track record in fast-paced operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Growth mindset with ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
• Resourceful and independent, proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.

The Role

As a Senior HR Executive in Mothership’s Corporate Development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our unique work culture and driving high-impact HR initiatives. You will take strong ownership across key HR functions—bridging strategic priorities with operational excellence to support the company’s fast-paced growth and talent needs.

Strategic HR Initiatives & Culture

• Lead and champion HR initiatives aimed at elevating workplace culture, boosting employee engagement, and strengthening our employer brand.
• Take end-to-end ownership and oversight of HR functional domains, continuously driving improvements and best practices.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to plan, align, and execute company- and department-level town halls and key organisational events.
• Develop and facilitate learning and development programmes to nurture talent, close skills gaps, and support long-term professional growth across the organisation.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Anticipate manpower needs, partner directly with hiring managers to address gaps, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
• Position Mothership as an employer of choice within the media industry by driving strategic employer branding initiatives and content on platforms like LinkedIn.

HR Operations & Digital Transformation

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, continuously auditing and refining workflows to drive agility, compliance, and efficiency.
• Actively research, propose, and implement AI tools and automated solutions to streamline Corporate and HR operations.

Resource and Facility Management

• Support / take lead in equipment procurement, maintenance, and allocation. Partner with internal teams (e.g., Crew) to ensure all employees are fully equipped for operational success.
• Co-manage strategic vendor relationships and attend to ad hoc requests to support company-wide initiatives, internal events, and general office operations.
• Oversee office facilities and ensure they are in optimal operating condition.

Job Requirements

Candidates with a relevant diploma or degree, including business administration, human resources, psychology, or any related field.
