NTUC First Campus in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, HR System to administer and maintain NFC’s HR systems, ensuring compliant, efficient daily operations and strong data integrity.

Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, you will lead end-to-end HR technology projects, provide first-level support, develop SOPs, and drive RPA initiatives with IT, Google Apps Script, and automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT/CS or related field with 2 years' experience for diploma holders.
  • Experience managing HR enterprise systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ECP, Workday) or equivalent.
  • Strong Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end HR system projects, from requirements to go-live and post-production support.
  • Collaborate with IT, vendors and business users to meet requirements within scope and timeline.
  • Develop SOPs and ensure SLAs are met; provide first-level user support.
  • Manage RPA initiatives with IT, including testing and implementation with HR users.
  • Create user manuals and provide training for HR systems and automation tools.

Job description

The Senior Executive, HR System plays a pivotal role in administering and maintaining NFC’s suite of HR systems to ensure seamless, compliant and efficient daily operations. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, the Executive works closely with cross-functional teams to provide dedicated first-level support to users, champions operational best practices, and safeguards data integrity across systems like HR enterprise systems, applicant tracking systems, payroll systems.

This role will fully manage and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives in close collaboration with IT, driving localized process improvements under the strategic oversight of the Manager.

The ideal candidate is highly meticulous, customer-service oriented, and possesses an adequate understanding of HR technologies and automation tools to support ongoing system maintenance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
HR System & Maintenance
  • Lead / Support end-to-end project cycle activities, such as requirements gathering, prototype, testing, data migration, training, go-live and post-production support
  • Collaborate with business users, IT and/or vendors to ensure user requirements are met satisfactorily and projects are delivered within timeline and scope
  • Ideate, explore, and recommend creative, robust, and scalable solutions aim to streamline and simplify processes, and improve productivity with the use of technologies and tools (e.g. RPA and Google Apps Script)
  • Maintain foundation objects and configurations across HR systems
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and rectify issues raised to HR Systems team
  • Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
  • Develop, document and maintain clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR system processes
  • Ensure all service requests and reported incidents are addressed and resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide first-level technical support to HR users, managing and troubleshooting ticket issues and delivering timely, effective solutions
  • Conduct code reviews (RPA) with IT to uphold best practices and deliver high-quality automation solutions
Training and Support
  • Support HR and employees on using HR systems, automation tools, and data reporting platforms
  • Develop user manuals and documentation for HR system processes and workflows, ensuring clarity, usability and alignment with SOPs
Other Responsibilities
  • Support any other work or projects as assigned

System Maintenance & Administration: Maintain foundation objects and perform routine system configurations and data updates across HR systems.

L1/L2 User Support: Provide dedicated first-level technical support to HR users by managing, troubleshooting, and resolving daily ticket issues. Respond promptly to incidents and ensure all service requests are addressed within agreed SLAs.

Project Execution Support: Support end-to-end project cycles by assisting with requirements gathering, executing test scripts, handling data migration tasks, and providing post-production support.

RPA & Automation Management: Project manage RPA initiatives within the HR department. Liaise closely with IT to build creative automation solutions (e.g., RPA scripts and Google Apps Script), and champion change management by working directly with HR users to test, troubleshoot, and implement these initiatives to streamline everyday workflows and drive process improvements.

Documentation & SOPs: Develop, document, and maintain clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine HR system processes.

Training & Enablement: Develop user manuals and provide direct training support to HR staff and employees on using HR systems, automation tools, and data reporting platforms.

Project/Strategic Support: Support any other strategic initiatives or work as assigned.

Key Requirements:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a requirement of two years of experience for diploma holders
Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in managing HR enterprise systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), WorkDay or equivalent
  • Experience project managing localized process improvements, supporting system upgrades, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) within HR.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Strong command of Microsoft Offices with expertise in formulas and data manipulation

Good to Have
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, including Python, with hands-on experience in automation and data processing.
  • Experience in RPA using orchestration and deployment platforms such as UiPath Orchestrator or equivalent.
  • Experience with using Google Workspace tools (e.g. Sheets, Forms).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and their application in HR workflows, e.g. Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Basic understanding of AI-driven solutions and chatbot development.
  • Awareness of data protection standards and best practices.
