Responsibilities

• Process licences to operate Heavy Vehicle Parks and Vehicle Parking Certificates.
• Interact with heavy vehicle park operators and owners.
• Carry out investigations at HV parking places and enforce where needed.
• Respond to customer requests via telephone or in person.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for system changes and validate issues.
• Summarise and analyse large data sets using advanced Excel functions.
