Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive, Foreign Vehicle Permits (Operations) to provide administrative and operational support within the Foreign Vehicle Permits Division. You will manage counter transactions, online applications, and track digital service reports while collating statistics and auditing processes.

You may liaise with external agencies, conduct contractor checks, and provide system-related support occasionally.

Qualifications

Knowledge in any discipline.
Experience in customer service or digital services is advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Process counter transactions and online applications.
Track digital services reports and collate counter statistics.
Conduct online applications audits and handle customer feedback (phone and written).
Perform operational checks on contractors and liaise with external agencies.
Audit at checkpoints and provide system-related support as needed.
May be deployed to different LTA worksites during or after office hours.
