Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive to support the administration and operations of foreign vehicle permit schemes. You will process applications, review documents, and prepare recommendations to enable timely decisions.

You will engage with applicants and partners, assist governance, audits, and performance reporting; review business processes; contribute to system testing; maintain knowledge resources and assist division initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline.
• Experience in application administration/processing or related operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application for process improvement is advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, able to work independently and in a team, and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Candidates with years of experience may be considered for senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess applications for foreign vehicle permit schemes.
• Review supporting documents and prepare recommendations for timely decisions.
• Engage with applicants, stakeholders and service partners to address operational matters.
• Support governance, compliance, audit activities, and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Review business processes and participate in system and digital service testing.
• Maintain knowledge resources, website content, and communications; assist in division initiatives.
