Job summary

Allgreen is seeking a Leasing Manager to maximize property performance by driving leasing strategy, managing tenant relationships and ensuring financial objectives are met. The ideal candidate will bridge operations, marketing and finance to optimize occupancy and revenue.

The role includes leading junior executives, prospecting for new retail concepts, negotiating renewals, finalising lease agreements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class tenancy

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of leasing experience in commercial or retail property sectors.
• Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing tenant relationships.
• Knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management principles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, be resourceful, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the junior executives on all leasing matters.
• Prospecting, sourcing of new desired retail concepts, marketing and negotiation for new and lease renewals and any other lease-related matters.
• Building good Landlord-Tenant rapport for on-going discussions with regards to tenants’ performance and business direction.
• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation including Variation.
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.
• Analysis of Tenants’ Sales, develop leasing strategies and recommendations based on market insights to attract and retain tenants.
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
• Preparation of budget and reports.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders; e.g. with Retail Tenancy
• Co-ordination team for renovation matters; with legal on completion of lease documentation, with Retail Management on daily operational matters.
