Job summary

Perennial Holdings Private Limited is seeking an experienced leasing professional to drive strategic sales and marketing plans for a portfolio of properties in Singapore.

You will establish relationships with key influencers, identify tenants, negotiate leases, and manage documentation from offer to signing, while renewing existing tenants and reporting leasing activity monthly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (RES) or pursuing certification.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of tenancy agreement process and leasing documentation.
• Proven track record in office sales and leasing.
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.
• Excellent oral and written communication and tenant relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
