Job summary

Elegant Group (Singapore) seeks a Leasing Executive to drive occupancy and revenue for its commercial and retail spaces. You will source tenants, conduct site viewings, negotiate terms, and manage lease documentation to ensure a smooth leasing process.

You will implement leasing strategies, manage leads through the full cycle, collaborate with agents, monitor market trends, and prepare budgets and monthly performance reports. A strong network in the F&B and retail sectors is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within retail leasing and/or marketing.
• Creative, resourceful, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-established network within F&B and retail industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve an optimal trade mix.
• Proactively source and manage leads through the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
