Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Leasing Professional to support the performance and tenant mix of a premier APAC retail mall.

The role involves developing leasing strategies, engaging prospective retailers, and guiding the end-to-end leasing process to optimize occupancy and rental income. You will negotiate terms, monitor market trends, and collaborate with Lease Administration, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least one year of retail leasing experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and manage the full leasing cycle.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s retail landscape and market rental trends.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of leasing strategies to optimise occupancy, rental income and tenant mix.
• Identify and engage prospective retailers, F&B operators, service providers and lifestyle concepts.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including prospecting, property presentations, negotiations, proposals and approvals.
• Negotiate new leases, renewals and other commercial terms in line with approved leasing parameters.
• Prepare leasing proposals, market comparisons, tenancy schedules and management reports.
• Monitor lease expiries, vacancies, rental performance and market developments.
• Build relationships with tenants and manage renewal discussions.
• Conduct market research and recommend suitable retail concepts based on shopper demographics.
• Coordinate with Lease Admin, Legal, Finance, Operations and Facilities teams on documentation and handover.
• Support budgeting, rental forecasting and achievement of KPIs.
• Guide junior leasing and lease-administration team members.

Our client is an established APAC real estate investor and manager seeking leasing professionals to support the performance and tenant mix of a prominent retail mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of leasing strategies to optimise occupancy, rental income and overall tenant mix.

• Identify and engage prospective retailers, F&B operators, service providers and lifestyle concepts.

• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including prospecting, property presentations, negotiations, proposals and internal approvals.

• Negotiate new leases, renewals and other commercial terms in line with approved leasing parameters.

• Prepare leasing proposals, market comparisons, tenancy schedules and management reports.

• Monitor lease expiries, vacancies, rental performance and market developments.

• Build strong relationships with existing tenants and proactively manage renewal discussions.

• Conduct market research and recommend suitable retail concepts based on shopper demographics and changing consumer trends.

• Coordinate with Lease Administration, Legal, Finance, Operations and Facilities teams on documentation, handover and tenant fit-out matters.

• Support budgeting, rental forecasting and the achievement of leasing KPIs.

• Guide junior leasing and lease‑administration team members where required.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

• At least one year of retail leasing experience, preferably within a shopping mall or established property group.

• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and manage the full leasing cycle.

• Good understanding of Singapore’s retail landscape, tenant categories and market rental trends.

• Commercially driven with strong presentation, networking and stakeholder-management skills.
