The ideal candidate has a degree and at least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a hospital setting, along with strong IT skills and effective communication abilities.
The incumbent’s primary role is to support the development of scenarios and plans for medical and operational responses to communicable disease outbreaks, continuity of the hospital’s critical services, civil and national emergencies, with guidance from the health ministry and hospital stakeholders (both medical and operations). The incumbent additionally supports the building of the hospital’s capabilities—including operational, IT, and infrastructure—to strengthen medical and public health responses to communicable disease outbreaks, continuity of critical services, civil emergencies, and mass casualty incidents.
