Job summary

A staffing solutions company in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage operations and project coordination. Responsibilities include overseeing branding, leading content planning, and preparing compliance reports. Responsibilities

  • Liaise and align operations and projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Manage internal & external enquiries.
  • Lead content planning.
  • Oversee branding, corporate identity, and digital presence consistency.
  • Prepare and consolidate compliance, risk, and governance reports.
  • Coordinate documentation and filings.
  • Manage AML-CFT & ABAC training enrolment and tracking.
  • Take charge of annual budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Review operational/admin memos and approvals.
  • Oversee business travel, meetings, and daily admin operations.
  • Maintain organised records of contracts and official documents.
  • Coordinate vendors for digital platforms and services.
  • Lead annual contract renewals and cost optimisation.
