Job Responsibilities

• Data entry, scheduling appointments and billing of services

• Receive and respond to all enquiries

• Inventory management of consumables and equipment

• Ensure data entry and billing activities are promptly and accurately captured in the respective database and/or systems within the stipulated timeline

• Ensure staff receives the appropriate access and equipment on the first day of work

• Ensure all relevant access and equipment are reclaimed / terminated on staff’s last day of work

• Ensure all enquiries are promptly and professionally handled within the stipulated timeline

• Ensure all relevant consumables and inventory are adequate to meet operational needs

• Any other duties assigned

Requirements
• Diploma in any discipline
