Job summary

SingHealth's Strategic Human Resource — Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) department is seeking a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to plan and lead outreach initiatives engaging students, mid-career professionals, and working adults to help grow a strong healthcare talent pipeline for SingHealth.

You will collaborate with professional leaders and institutional partners to develop recruitment materials, organise career talks and recruitment events at local and overseas

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply and will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, particularly for reporting and the development of presentation materials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• A resilient and resourceful individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new recruitment channels and organise career talks and recruitment events at local and overseas institutions of higher learning.
• Create engaging recruitment materials and videos to promote employment and sponsorship opportunities across multiple platforms.
