Job summary

SingHealth’s Strategic Human Resource — Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) invites a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to plan and lead outreach efforts engaging students and professionals to build SingHealth's healthcare talent pipeline.

You will collaborate with leaders and partners to deliver impactful recruitment initiatives, promote SingHealth as the employer of choice, and present timely reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience; fresh graduates are welcome for Senior Executive.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and materials development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• A collaborative, resilient team player.

We are looking for a motivated Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to plan and lead outreach initiatives that engage students, mid-career professionals, and working adults to help us grow a strong and sustainable healthcare talent pipeline for SingHealth.

You will collaborate closely with professional leaders and institutional partners to develop and deliver impactful recruitment and outreach initiatives which will reinforce SingHealth as an employer of choice.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will identify and develop new recruitment channels and organise career talks and recruitment events at local and overseas institutions of higher learning. You will also create engaging recruitment materials and videos to promote employment and sponsorship opportunities across multiple platforms. Additionally, you will prepare and present timely reports to senior management to support informed decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• A recognised degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply and will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, particularly for reporting and the development of presentation materials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
