Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Senior/Manager to lead the Cluster Recruitment unit within the Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) team. You will design and implement progressive recruitment strategies to build a sustainable pipeline of Nurses, Pharmacists, and Allied Health Professionals across SingHealth institutions.

You will partner with Cluster Domain Chiefs and HR teams, deliver innovative staffing solutions, and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in any discipline.
• At least 6 years of HR or talent acquisition experience with at least 1 year in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Healthcare talent acquisition experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across organisations.
• Independent and resourceful with teamwork capability.

What You Will Do:

You will design and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies, and processes that reflect best practices and meet the evolving needs of SingHealth. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will explore creative recruitment initiatives to expand and diversify the healthcare talent pool available to SingHealth and its institutions. You will also provide regular recruitment reports to senior management and stakeholders, translating insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen our talent attraction efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resource or talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• Prior experience in a healthcare talent acquisition role will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build credibility and influence across organisations
• Independent and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
