ALPS Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain professional in Singapore to manage stock discrepancies and 3PL operations. You will coordinate SKU contracts, issue scheduling lines, and resolve OOS while ensuring stock accuracy and timely deliveries.

Applicants should hold a Diploma/ Degree with 3+ years in logistics, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and have hands-on ERP experience (S4 HANA/SAP MM). Healthcare/pharma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Office 365.
• Hands on experience in S4 HANA, SAP MM module or similar ERP system.
• Good understanding of inventory management techniques.
• Armed with good leadership skills.
• Experience in Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for Stock Discrepancy Management, including monitor 3PL processes.
• Liaise with Healthcare Clusters/ Strategic Procurement team on SKU contracts, CAF, CGH contracts drawdown, ad-hoc PO.
• Issue Scheduling Agreement & Scheduling lines to vendors.
• Resolve OOS and perform stock replenishment from vendors.
• Coordinate with 3PL for supplies delivery activities and stock health.
• Monitor incoming shipments and report on warehouse inventory health vs consumption and aging stocks.
• Review cycle count results and conduct periodic audits on 3PL premises.
• Drive improvements with 3PL for Putaway, Picking & Packing & Stock Return to achieve high stock accuracy.
• Prepare stocktaking and stock adjustment papers for Senior Management approval.
• Perform stock reconciliation between ALPS SAP & WMS and reconcile 3PL, CWD and Clusters.
• Be responsible for New system Set-up Planning and perform system UAT.
• Support in develop and document SOP/Work Instruction (WI), workflows & training materials.
• Coordinate with vendor for 1 to 1 exchange of stocks/ credit note for product recall.
• Publish monthly CWD KPIs in Dashboard.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Stock Discrepancy Management, including monitor 3PL processes- Pick & Pack, Cycle count, Put Away & Stock Return processes;
2. Liaise with Healthcare Clusters/ Strategic Procurement team on SKU contracts, CAF, CGH contracts drawdown, adhoc PO;
3. Issue Scheduling Agreement & Scheduling lines to vendors;
4. Resolve OOS (out of stocks) and perform stock replenishment from vendors;
5. Coordinate with ZP & vendor for the supplies delivery activities;
6. Monitor incoming shipments, report on warehouse inventory health status vs consumption and aging stocks;
7. Review the cycle count results and conduct periodic audits on 3PL during cycle count at 3PL permises;
8. Drive and reinforce with 3PL for continous improvements for Putaway, Picking & Packing & Stock Return process with 3PL to achieve high stock accuracy and ensure 3PL meet the service levels set for the Department of Correctional Health (DCH);
9. Prepare Stocktaking and stock adjustment paper for Senior Management's approval;
10. Perform stock reconciliation between ALPS SAP & WMS and reconcile any transactions discrepancies between 3PL, Central Warehouse Distribution (CWD) and Clusters;
11. Be responsible for New system Set-up Planning and perform system UAT;
12. Support in develop and document SOP/Work Instruction (WI), workflows & training materials;
13. Co-ordinate with vendor for 1 to 1 exchange of stocks/ credit note for product recall;
14. Publish monthly CWD KPIs in Dashboard;
15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned;
