Job summary

A healthcare organization based in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a team of Clinic Executives and Assistants. Responsibilities include managing clinic operations, patient registration, and supporting in-clinic procedures. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a GP clinic, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations. Weekend and night shifts are required. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in operation of a GP clinic.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to commit to nights and weekend shifts.
• Able to adapt quickly to dynamic and fluid environments.
• Familiarity with claims processes or Plato CMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Clinic Executives and Assistants for efficient operations.
• Manage rosters for the team including doctors.
• Provide excellent customer service including patient registration.
• Support doctors for in-clinic procedures and chaperones.
• Perform basic clinical procedures such as dressing, ECG and nebuliser treatments.
• Ensure timely claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners.
• Manage medications, consumables and equipment including replenishment and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with MOH and PHMC guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Lead the team of Clinic Executives and Clinic Assistants to ensure efficient and proper operations at our clinic
• Manage rosters for the team including doctors
• Provide excellent customer service including registration of patients, queue management, dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment
• Support doctors for in-clinic procedures and chaperones
• Perform clinical procedures such as simple dressing, ECG and nebuliser treatments
• Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners
• Manage medication, consumables and equipment including replenishment, stock taking and general housekeeping
• Ensure compliance with MOH and PHMC guidelines
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned
