Job summary

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics is seeking an Operations Manager to plan and coordinate daily clinic operations and resource utilization to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality patient care.

You will lead the operations team, work with clinical, nursing and allied health colleagues, and drive improvements in work processes to elevate service quality while aligning with the polyclinic's operating hours and 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree in any discipline but diploma holders with strong relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Passion for planning, analysing and improving operations
• Experience in operations/administration in healthcare sector will be an advantage
• Possess strong people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and under pressure
• Able to commit to polyclinic's operational hours and 5.5 days work week (Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating the daily clinic operations activities and resource utilization to ensure cost efficient and effective management of the clinic.
• Ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of a polyclinic and be responsible for the management of the operations team in service provision and patient care.
• Involve in planning and implementing strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes and service quality.
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.

You will ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of a polyclinic and be responsible for the management of the operations team in service provision and patient care. You will be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes and service quality, and work in collaboration with the clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.
