Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. seeks an events professional to deliver end-to-end venue events, from planning to post-event wrap-up. You will focus on upselling venue services, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring safe, compliant event execution.

The role requires 1–2 years in events or hospitality, strong planning skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is needed based on event schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Events, Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related discipline advantageous.
• 1–2 years of experience in a venue-based event, operations or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of venue operations, on-site event execution, and safety considerations.
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of events within the venue, including conferences, corporate events, and client functions.
• Manage full event lifecycle from planning through on-site execution to post-event wrap-up.
• Translate client requirements into operational venue plans and identify upsell opportunities.
• Act as primary contact for venue-related matters across all event phases.
• Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, Sales and external service providers to ensure safety, compliance and timelines.
• Ensure events comply with venue policies and safety regulations.
• Proactively manage on-site issues, conflicts and incidents including crisis management.
• Maintain accurate event documentation and records.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
