Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years in venue-based events, operations or hospitality.
• Understanding of venue operations, on-site execution and safety considerations.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on positive experiences and standards.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task across concurrent events and timelines.
• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and sound operational judgment.
• Calm, proactive and resourceful in live event environments.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage full event lifecycle from planning to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Translate client requirements into venue-compliant event plans and upsell services where possible.
• Develop and manage event timelines, schedules and deployment plans.
• Serve as primary contact for venue-related matters across all event phases.
• Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, Sales and other teams for timely delivery.
• Liaise with organizers, contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with rules and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery with additional venue services.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and safety regulations; obtain necessary approvals.
• Proactively manage operational issues, conflicts and on-site incidents; escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate event documentation and notes; perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
