Job summary

MP INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Executive / Senior Project Executive to manage conferences, exhibitions and business events across the full lifecycle.

You will translate briefs into timelines, coordinate with clients, venues and vendors, and ensure on‑time onsite delivery and post‑event review. Ideal candidates bring 1–5 years in events or project management, strong organisational and communication skills, and a willingness to travel for events across the region.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong event internships may be considered for the role.
• Comfortable working with clients, partners and vendors and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end management and delivery of conferences, exhibitions and business events.
• Translate briefs into timelines, priorities, deliverables and action plans.
• Coordinate across event lifecycle stages: pre‑event planning, registration, stakeholder management, onsite delivery and close‑out.
• Work with clients, venues, vendors and partners to keep projects on schedule and on track.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, identify risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Take increasing ownership of project workstreams and independently manage components for larger events.
• Participate in post‑event reviews to apply lessons learned.
