BOUTIQUES EVENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an organised Operations Executive to coordinate planning and execution of events from planning to post-event wrap-up.

The role is primarily remote with on-site attendance for meetings, site recces, setup, teardown and peak event periods. You will manage workflows, logistics, and data across multiple streams while liaising with vendors, venues, and partners.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Sheets.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Mandarin proficiency advantageous for coordinating with contractors and Taobao procurement.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end event planning, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, venues, and partners.
• Support vendor operational and logistics requirements.
• Track event requirements, submissions, and compliance documents.
• Follow up on timelines and action items to ensure deadlines are met.
• Plan operational documents like floor plans, checklists, and schedules.
• Coordinate setup, event days, and teardown processes.
• Support on-site event operations and resolve issues with teams.
